The Ministry of State Office of President – TAMISEMI, Mohamed Mchengerwa has said that in Dodoma region when he spoke to the press on 2nd April 2024 and insisted all changes should be made in duration 30 days from the date of the public notice, thus and changes that will be made out of the projected timeline, then they will not be used during form five selection exercise as well as technical colleges selection / allocation 2025/2026 academic year.

Step 11#: Now you are IN! Verify your personal details registered in the system
Step 12#: Click “save and continues” Change check your selection choices and make any changes based in subject combination based on the admission criteria and the results performance
NB: You are allowed to make up to eight choice and remember to arrange them in order of preference for 1 to 8.
Finally click “save and continues” button again and do the same for technical colleges selection.
Step 13#: Finally save you choices and click submit and log out from you account.

- A candidate MUST be Tanzanian
- A candidate MUST be not be aged above 25 years
- A candidate MUST have completed Form Four (O level) education in a registered secondary school in 2024. (4 year secondary education duration)
- A candidate MUST have passed Form Four Examination 2024 with minimum of DIVISION III and attained at least one balanced form five subject combination (Three subject combination) with at least Grade “C” in two subjects and a grade “D” in one subject.

How to check Form Five Selection online?
Below are commonly used simple steps to check form five selection 2025 results as follow as;

What to do if you not satisfied combination or course you have been selected?
In case, you are selected to have combination/subjects and a course which were not of your preference, then it is advised to make familiarization of all subjects and courses offered to the school you have been selected, if you happen to know that your preferred course / subjects are also available at that particular school / college.
After that then you need to make you report on date, make registration to school / college and make a request for course / subject changes.
If the course / subject you wish to purse in not offered, then you may write a letter informing the head teacher/ college principal that you wish to decline your admission and therefore you will be eligible to apply on the private colleges / school that offers the course / subject you wish to purse.
