It is very true the Form Five Selection process is underway as the Tanzania Government through the President Office – TAMISEMI has already issued an official statement institing that all form four leavers class of November 2024 to register themselves in SELFORM MIS (selform Management Information System) at https://selform.tamisemi.go.tz/ and makes any changes to their pre proposed five subject (combination) before the form four results 2024/2025 were released.

What are Criteria for Form Five Selection 2025?

How do I know that I am eligible for selection!? The following is a list of Form Five Selection Criteria to be used in 2025 selection;

  • A candidate MUST be Tanzanian
  • A candidate MUST be not be aged above 25 years
  • A candidate MUST have completed Form Four (O level) education in a registered secondary school in 2024. (4 year secondary education duration)
  • A candidate MUST have passed Form Four Examination 2024 with minimum of DIVISION III and attained at least one balanced form five subject combination (Three subject combination) with at least Grade “C” in two subjects and a grade “D” in one subject.

How to check Form Five Selection 2025 online?

Below are commonly used simple steps to check form five selection 2025 results as follow as;

Step #1: Visit one of the above mentioned official websites and you will be taken to the selection portal

Step 2#: Click the link on the portal titled “First Selection, 2025

Step 3#: Select the region / province where you wrote the form four exam

Step 4#: Select the District where you wrote the form four exam

Step 5#: Now on the top search menu titled “CHAGUA ULIKOSOMA” write the name of your examination center / secondary school name.

Step 6#: Find your names the list, here names are arranged alphabetically based on order of increasing index number.

What to do if you not satisfied combination or course you have been selected?

In case, you are selected to have combination/subjects and a course which were not of your preference, then it is advised to make familiarization of all subjects and courses offered to the school you have been selected, if you happen to know that your preferred course / subjects are also available at that particular school / college.

After that then you need to make you report on date, make registration to school / college and make a request for course / subject changes.

If the course / subject you wish to purse in not offered, then you may write a letter informing the head teacher/ college principal that you wish to decline your admission and therefore you will be eligible to apply on the private colleges / school that offers the course / subject you wish to purse.
